Las actividades que surjan posteriormente se comunicaran por e-mail
con confirmación por teléfono para los Directores y Miembros del Comité Ejecutivo.

para poder contactar a todos con el tiempo suficiente
Para las reuniones de los respectivos Comités,
comuníquense con el Miembro del Comité Ejecutivo o el Director que lo preside.

By agreement of the Executive Committee all the meetings would be informed
by e-mail, one week ahead at the beginning of each month.
They will not be included anymore in this section, but of the mentioned way.
The activities that arise later would be communicated by email with telephone confirmation for the Directors and Members of the Executive Committee.
Please, update your cellular numbers and e-mails
to be able to contact everybody with sufficient time.
For the meetings of the respective Committees, contact the Member of the Executive Committee in charge or the Director that presides over it.
